Boiling sweet potatoes... you don't really want to bring them to a steady boil though. Afterward, drain the water, add a bit of milk and butter and mashmashmash.
Basil before I massacred it. (In hindsight I probably should have added a lot more)
Veggies and chicken (in gravy) cooking on the stove. Garlic, basil, salt & pepper added.
In the premade spelt pie shell with nutritional yeast and sunflower seeds on top.
Mashed sweet potatoes spread on top.
It was delicious and I'm ashamed to say I ate an entire 1/4 of it.
Oh wow, this looks delicious. Certainly better than all of the frozen crap I've tried.

ReplyDeleteI love chicken pot pie! My grandma always makes it when I come to visit. I wish I could visit every day, but she lives about 2000 miles away.
